I frequently work with international corporations with multiple divisions, helping make horizontal, vertical, group, and outside communications go more smoothly. Be it engineers who need to be less technical when presenting to management, sales managers who might need to be more effective communicators, or managers who need to understand how to communicate up, down, and across, I can help. I can also provide coaching on delivering feedback, facilitating meetings, and presenting at conferences.

I’ve worked in many international and global environments. In today’s global business environment, many companies and teams are “international ” and thus display different cultures, workstyles, and expectations. As a coach, I am inclusive of all types of perspectives, cultures, and working styles.

I also enjoy working with women – whether they are in the C-suite, working their way up the ladder, or just starting out. I relish helping women build confidence and credibility, command a room, acquire executive presence – to lean in – to coin a phrase. Having been there myself, I know the value of showing leadership and sharing opinions, effectively and with confidence.

When you or your company are presenting at a conference, I can be there for you. I’ll help with both content and messaging, be it a keynote, panel moderation, or panel speaking; large room or small. The focus is always on becoming a more impactful, engaging speaker who inspires action.

When your company is hosting a conference, be it in-house or industry-wide, you need to be sure you have all the bases covered. I’ll work with your presenters to prepare them to make your event the best it can be. I’ll work with your team on content – including writing and visuals – as well as delivery coaching, feedback, and even preparing for Q&As. I can be with your company from the moment your slate of speakers is set to the moment the last one walks on stage.
